Jamaica was born and raised in Cody and returned here after her schooling. She studied Psychology at the University of Wyoming and later received a masters in Counseling Psychology at the University of Colorado, Denver. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, hiking, and trail running in the surrounding wilderness areas.
Jamaica has been practicing trauma informed and culturally sensitive counseling for youth and adults for over 12 years. She has completed Level 1and 2 training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) treatment approach and utilizes that modality when helpful. She is passionate about working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, previous traumatic experiences, relationship problems, and women and families adjusting to pregnancy and parenthood, including those with postpartum depression and anxiety.
Jamaica Moulton MA, LPC
Billie Boehm is a provisional professional counselor (PPC) working towards being fully licensed. Billie specializes in working with children ages 3-12 years old using child centered play therapy and monthly psycho-educational parent sessions. She also sees teens and adults for individual therapy. She is currently working on building an integrated approach to therapy that regards individuals as unique. She is building supportive and insight oriented counseling skills.
Billie holds the belief that counseling will look different for everyone depending on their needs and goals they bring to therapy. She wants to provide a safe holding space for her clients to feel seen and gain understanding on their journey. Billie is supervised by Jamaica Moulton, MA, LPC, and is working towards becoming a registered play therapist.
Billie grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming, attended undergraduate classes in Montana, completed her masters degrees with Northwestern University, and moved to Park County about 10 years ago. She has spent the last 15 years working with children and families in various jobs in the community. She is an avid outdoorswoman and animal lover. Her pronouns are she and hers.

Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming. Jamie enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family and animals out in nature.
Jamie enjoys helping others through individualized therapy and has experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults. Jamie believes that emotional well-being is a lifelong journey that is constantly changing. She is passionate about helping others regain their strength and feel empowered again.

Sara Randall MA, PPC
Sara Randall is a Provisional Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming, working under the supervision of Jamaica Moulton. She primarily works with children and adolescents, but welcomes individuals at any stage of life. Sara’s counseling approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. By meeting clients where they are, she strives to create a supportive environment that fosters trust and self-discovery, helping each person build confidence, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
When working with children, Sara integrates child-centered play therapy to help them process emotions and experiences in a developmentally appropriate way. Play is a child’s natural language, and through toys, art, and imagination, children can express themselves, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation.
Originally from Powell, Wyoming, Sara earned her bachelor’s degree from Montana State University Billings and her master’s degree in counseling from the University of Wyoming. Outside the counseling room, she enjoys spending time at home with her cats, listening to podcasts, and working on arts and crafts.
Christa Rossi, MA, PPC
Christa Rossi is a provisional professional counselor supervised by Jamaica Moulton. She provides a supportive and compassionate confidential space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Christa works with adults of all ages who are navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, grief, career stress, relationship struggles, or pivotal life shifts and unexpected transformations. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, focusing on exploring clients’ experiences while developing tools to create opportunities for growth and meaningful, lasting change. She also has experience supporting individuals in high-stress careers, such as military members, first responders, and law enforcement, as well as their families. With a background in criminal justice and personal connections to service communities, Christa understands the unique pressures that often accompany these roles.
Originally from Washington State, she earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (summa cum laude) from CACREP-accredited Liberty University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University.
Christa has been married for nearly 26 years and is the proud mother of three adult children. She shares her home with her husband and beloved Great Dane, Esther, and mixed breed, Aries. In her free time, she enjoys connecting with family and friends, participating in a wide range of outdoor activities, and traveling.
